Abby Rupar is originally from Pennsylvania and has lived in Southwest Florida for more than 10 years. She graduated from Cape Coral Technical College in Cosmetology.  

Abby specializes in Balayage, and blondes, and is a perfectionist with color and cuts. She believes in continued education in the hair and makeup industry and keeps on top of the latest trends.

Abby loves the beach and playing with her puppies, and has been known to be a bit of a Netflix junkie on the rainy days!
