Ashley is originally from Kansas City, Missouri.
She moved to Fort Myers over 21 years ago to follow her dream of living in the land of sunshine.
She began working at Vincent Salon and remained there moving through the salon ranks for 11 years.
She has attended multiple educational classes helping her to achieve certification in everything from Redken Certified Stylist to Hair Extension and Custom Wig Specialist.
Ashley says her favorite part of doing hair is that she alone can turn someone's difficult day into a wonderful day!

About Biljana McDonald
Biljana is originally from Yugoslavia and has been in the hair industry for 33 years, fourteen of which, have been in Southwest Florida. In Yugoslavia she shadowed/assisted hairdressers after school, but once she came to the U.S. she went to cosmetology school in Wisconsin, barely able to speak English. Her skills were recognized by the teachers and she was recommended to work at a very high end specialized salon, where she grew as a Master Stylist.
Upon moving to Denver, she took a position as Color Specialist at an Aveda concept salon. Here Biljana became a member of International Intercoiffure, attending higher levels of education and participated in International Hair & Fashion shows raising funds for battered women charities.

About Edmund Ico
Edmund is originally from the Philippines coming to the states when he was 14 years old.
Living in New Jersey, he graduated from high school and attended John Luis Beauty School. He graduated with the highest honors at the top of his class. Edmund was self-taught and he was cutting hair for family and friends at the age of 12. He claims that those years started out as a fun, artistic hobby that became reality and ended up being his beloved career. This career started in New Jersey until moving to Southwest Florida in 2000.
Inspired by his mentors, Edmund competed in many national hair competitions and has placed in the top for cutting and coloring. He has worked very hard to build a strong clientele here in Florida. He has traveled throughout the United States as a platform artist representing private label hair products.

Kari was born in Gainesville, FL and has lived in Southwest Florida since 1998. Kari has had a passion for hair since she was 13 years old volunteering at a local salon in Cape Coral. While volunteering there in Kari's free time she began styling the mannequins hair in the back room, all the while reading books and watching videos on how to create updos. She then realized, along with the salons staff, that she had a talent for hair.
When asked her favorite thing about her career she says, “I genuinely love the challenge of a client showing/telling me what they would like their hair to look like and me coming up with a plan to make it happen if possible. Hair really can change a lot about someones persona.It's something special to be able to help others see their beauty and to help them feel more confident."

Aside of her love for creating beauty, Kelly loves event planning, helping in the community and fundraising. She was a member of the Fort Myers Junior League for 10 years, served as a chairman on her favorite committee, Taste of the Town.

About Lindsey Huelsenbeck
Lindsey started doing hair in 2009. She is originally from Iowa City, and often goes back to work at Studio 5 Salon. She has advanced training from the Redken Exchange, New York and takes classes regularly to stay current with today’s trends.
She is inspired by people’s natural hair color and likes hair color that looks like it could happen in nature. She has spent a lot of time assisting Tracey Cunningham, at Mećhe Salon, in Los Angeles and has assisted her at many of her color classes.
